We are thrilled to announce a significant enhancement to our organizational structure at the Society of St. Vincent de Paul (SVDP). This new development includes the establishment of the Director of Membership Engagement and three District Associates, who will play an important role in supporting our leadership, conferences, and Vincentians. These changes are a testament to our commitment to consistency, sustainability, and capacity building, which are essential for advancing our mission and achieving our goals.
Vincentians are the heart and soul of the Society, and it's crucial to reignite what drives our mission: the essential elements of Spirituality, Friendship, and Service.
Strengthening our relationships with current members and engaging new ones are on the horizon. We want to foster a vibrant and active membership base, ensuring all Vincentians feel welcomed, valued and engaged. By prioritizing membership engagement, we aim to enhance communication, provide engagement opportunities, and increase participation in Formation trainings and program initiatives. We aim to create a more cohesive and dynamic community to drive the success of our SVDP programs.
Vincentians are not only the backbone of SVDP but also the catalysts for driving our mission forward. By emphasizing the essential elements and ensuring our District Presidents, Conference leadership, and Vincentians continually remain in alignment with the SVDP mission, we can deepen our impact and commitment. District Associates are the key to providing each Conference with the attention and resources needed to contribute effectively, achieve consistency, sustain operations, and increase capacity.
