Service Projects

The Texas 2-step! - A unique opportunity for your group to give to those in need by “Stepping Out” of the old and into the new! Participants are asked to donate their good condition gently used shoes to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul for distribution to those in need.

Diapers to Denim / Infant to Teen Clothing Drive - In general, all donated items (clothing, accessories) should be gently-used, clean, and in useable condition. Clothing should be washed or dry-cleaned. Remove lint and pet hair, fold neatly, and please
place in bags.

Spic & Span Housekeeping -Your donation of cleaning supplies is needed to
help our neighbors affected by Hurricane Ike. Items Needed: bleach sponges, disinfecting spray, bathroom cleaner, floor cleaner, air freshener, mops/Brooms.

Got Food? Many knock on the doors of our Vincent’s Store asking for food. Many of them have not eaten a meal in days and probably the lunch sack they receive from the store/ distribution center is the only meal they will taste that day. Put God’s love into action through human hands! Schedule a service day to prepare lunch sacks.

Undie Sunday-Help us collect brand new underwear and socks for children and families in need. We never have enough of them to provide!
