A thoughtful and well planned WILL is a final statement of one's life work. It is a way to show love and concern for family members and friends. It is a means for expressing gratitude to God for the many blessings bestowed on us. Just as you would provide for your personal family in your WILL, you can continue your work as a Vincentian through a bequest to the Society.

Only with a WILL are your wishes known and brought to pass. The information below should be included in your WILL to leave a bequest to help the Society continue the tradition of Blessed Frederic Ozanam in providing service to the less fortunate and suffering. For additional information regarding a bequest to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, please call (713)741-8234 ext. 102.


Information to include in WILL:
"I give and bequeath the sum of $_____ to the Roman Catholic Bishop of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston (corporate sole), for the use and benefit of The Society of St. Vincent de Paul at 2403 Holcombe Bldv., Houston, Texas 77021."

Setting up a Memorial Fund or giving a donation in lieu of flowers (in the name of the person who has passed) can help the memory of him/her live on. The Society of St. Vincent de Paul can help set up a fund that will use all donations to assist persons including children in need, families and elderly individuals who seek assistance to make a better life. Food pantries, children's programs, housing assistance, and eldercare are a few ways to continue a Legacy of Love while sustaining another's life.

Ask the Kroger Service Counter to update your Kroger Plus Card to donate to The Society of St. Vincent de Paul Account Number 86500-00430. Corporate Contributions Program

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul offers a corporate contributions program and a partnership program with various levels of involvement. Please send mail to earnest.dyer@svdphouston.org for more information.

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is a Texas non-profit corporation exempt from federal income taxation under IRS 501(c)3. Donations are tax deductible.
